Surveys

Surveys can be targeted to specific sessions, speakers or organisations and they work seamlessly with push notifications. Surveys can also be completed offline and the responses will sync automatically once the device reconnects.

You can fully customise the theme of your surveys using colours and images. Once you’ve settled on the overall design, you can begin adding your questions. Select a question type. Your options include:

  • Picklists – Attendees choose one of several written responses.
  • Image Picklists – Attendees choose one of several images you've uploaded.
  • Short Text – Attendees can use up to 140 characters to write a response.
  • Long Text – Attendees can use up to 500 characters to write a response.
  • Date/Time – Attendees choose a specific date and time.

  1. Access the session list. After logging in, tap the Schedule icon.

  2. Find your survey. Find your chosen session by either scrolling through the schedule, typing in keywords in the search bar, or using the filters at the top of the screen.

After selecting your session, tap the name of the survey in the Surveys section.

Share your thoughts. Answer each question, then tap Next to continue through the survey. Once you’re done, tap Finish to submit your responses.

  1. Access the sessions list. After logging in, click Schedule from the side navigation menu.

  2. Find your survey. Find your chosen session by either scrolling through the schedule, typing in keywords in the search bar, or using the filters at the top of the screen.

  3. After selecting your session, click the name of the survey in the Surveys section.

Share your thoughts. Answer each question, then click Next to continue through the survey. Once you’re done, click Finish to submit your responses.
