Introduction
With the Zoom and Lumi integration, there is no longer the need to move between browser tabs. The Zoom integration brings the Zoom application experience into the Lumi Platform. This enables a split screen view with Zoom on the one side and the Lumi Platform features on the other.
Participants can make use of features available within the Lumi Platform, such as Messaging, View documents, and participating in Votes all whilst the participant has the ability to follow Zoom Meetings or Webinars in real-time and ask those all-important Audio or Video Questions.

Troubleshooting
When you cannot connect or link to the Zoom meeting or webinar, ensure that:
- You are using Google Chrome as a browser.
- You have given permission for Zoom to access your microphone or camera.
- Alternatively, Follow the instructions on the 'Left' hand panel of the Lumi Platform that contains Support Contact details
