Allow non-authenticated guest/investor participants to access a meeting
Put simply, the Investor Relations platform allows guest/investor participants to join meetings without login credentials. Instead, participants will be able to join a meeting by entering specific information about themselves when joining a meeting; The specific information required to access a meeting will have been pre-defined prior to a meeting starting.
Organizers now have a number of new configuration options which dictate the functionality accessible by participants within this new feature. This includes the option to configure a meeting which allows both guests/investors and authenticated participants to join the same meeting. Conversely, a meeting could be set up exclusively for guest/investor participants.
Note:
It is important to note here that use of the live voting functionality is out of scope for this feature and will not be available to guest/investor participants.
