No Access Points Error
No Access Points means that the System Manager cannot see a receiver or a base station.
This is usually present when 2 or more hubs are installed on the same machine, i.e. IML Click and IML Connector.
How to the Fix Issue:
- Close PowerPoint
- Open device manager by typing Device Manager in to the Windows start menu
- Select the Device with a yellow warning triangle from the Device Manager
- Right Click on the Device and select uninstall
- Remove the Click Receiver
OR
- Go in to Control Panel
- Devices and Printers
- Right Click on the Unspecified Device with a yellow warning triangle (IML-WRS971)
- Click Properties and select the Hardware tab
- Select Change setting in the General tab
- Click the Driver tab
- Then click Uninstall under the Driver tab
- Open up Windows Explorer
- For Windows 7 32bit go to: C:\Program Files\IML\Click Hub
- For Windows 7 64bit go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\IML\Click Hub
- Double click the CDM20802_Setup.exe
- Once CDM20802_Setup.exe has finished insert Click Receiver
