Receiver button does not respond

IML Click System Manager is its own application, you can find it in your program files after installation. 

If you are running Office Build 1906 you need to update to 1907 for IML System Manager to function correctly.

  1. Open any Office Application
  2. Click File
  3. Select Account
  4. Click Office Updates
  5. Select Update Now


If after installing Lumi ViewPoint and you click the Receiver out\unlicenced\in button and IML Click System Manager does not load

  1. Check you have full administration rights for the machine
    • If your IT department installs your software ensure they run Lumi ViewPoint at the end of installation by clicking Run or double clicking the Lumi ViewPoint icon
  2. Right click the Lumi ViewPoint installer
  3. Select Run As Administrator



If it still does not work check that IML Click Hub Service is running

  1. Type Services into windows search bar
  2. Scroll to IML Click Hub
  3. Ensure its Running and Automatic
    • If it is not running right click and select Start
    • If you are unable to Start the service check with your IT department you have full admin rights
  4. Scroll to Lumi Services
  5. Ensure its Running and Automatic
    • If it is not running right click and select Start
  6. Right click and select Restart


If it is still not working try

  1. Whilst in PowerPoint go to File
  2. Click Options
  3. Go to Add-ins
  4. Go to Manage at the bottom and select COM Add-ins
  5. Click Go
  6. Untick all add-ins 
  7. Click OK
  8. Lumi ViewPoint should disappear from the ribbon
  9. Go to File
  10. Click Options
  11. Go to Add-ins
  12. Go to Manage at the bottom and select COM Add-ins
  13. Click Go
  14. Tick only Lumi ViewPoint
  15. Lumi ViewPoint should re-appear in the ribbon
