      Add-in issues

      Lumi ViewPoint is a PowerPoint add-in application. It can be turned off and on without uninstalling.


      If the Lumi ViewPoint add-in is consistently deactivated or goes into non-responsive mode then try disabling any other add-in and restarting the software.

      1. Whilst in PowerPoint go to File
      2. Click Options
      3. Go to Add-ins
      4. Go to Manage at the bottom and select COM Add-ins
      5. Click Go
      6. Untick all add-ins 
      7. Click OK
      8. Lumi ViewPoint should disappear from the ribbon
      9. Go to File
      10. Click Options
      11. Go to Add-ins
      12. Go to Manage at the bottom and select COM Add-ins
      13. Click Go
      14. Tick only Lumi ViewPoint
      15. Lumi ViewPoint should re-appear in the ribbon

      Known Add-ins\antivirus that cause conflicts:

      • AVG 
      • McAfee
      • Norton
      • Articulate
      • Sendsteps
      • Think-cell

      Note:

      You must have a fully licenced Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office in order to use Lumi ViewPoint.

      Other pre-requisites are also required along with Admin Rights.
