Attend the Meeting

Your meeting participation request form becomes your attendance card.

Once approved, in the top left hand corner of the screen you will see you QR code or barcode that will be used to attend the meeting in person.

This code will link to an account in the in-room Lumi software and act as your attendance card.

If you select to attend the meeting you will not be requested to input how you will participate on new resolutions.

After approval, the form becomes read only and you are unable to amend any information. Contact your intermediary or Lumi representative to make changes.
